Our gite ‘le Havre vindinien’ is located in the commune of Veigné, 5 minutes by car from the Tours ring road, ideally situated for visiting the châteaux and wine cellars of the Loire Valley. We look forward to welcoming you to this cosy house opening onto a vast landscaped garden (4,000 m2) with a large swimming pool heated from May to September (and depending on the weather), a pool house and summer kitchen and private parking.

You’ll love the quality of its facilities and its ideal location for visiting the Loire Valley, Futuroscope and Beauval zoo.

We offer this family home for rent, in a quiet residential area, which we value very highly. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

The house

The house has 4 bedrooms sleeping 7.

It is composed of :

Ground floor:

  • Entrance hall with wardrobe,
  • Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV,
  • Newly fitted kitchen: induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, coffee machines (filter and Senseo), kettle, toaster
    bread, basic necessities,
  • Bright dining room,
  • Bathroom (shower, bath) with WC,
  • 1 bedroom with Queen-size bed (160×200) and fan.

On the first floor, you will find :

  • 1 mezzanine with sofas and games area,
  • 1 bedroom: 2 beds (90 x 190) (can be placed closer together on request) and fan,
  • 1 bedroom: 1 bed (140 x 190) and fan,
  • 1 bedroom: 1 bed (90 x 190) and fan,
  • 1 shower room with shower and WC,

Note: Some rooms and furniture are private. All the rooms described above are accessible.


Important information:

  • Due to the size and nature of the garden and the presence of a very deep swimming pool, we strongly advise against renting the property to groups or families with children of walking age under 8.
  • The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (notably due to the presence of stairs).
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Swimming pool: Personal safety: Under-age children must be under the constant and active supervision of a responsible adult. Under no circumstances may they enter the swimming pool on their own.
  • The gardener may visit the property once a week, on a day and at a time indicated 72 hours in advance. The swimming pool technician may visit the property once a week, on a day and at a time indicated 72 hours in advance.
  • Video surveillance: the front of the house and the fence at the back of the property are under video surveillance to prevent unauthorised entry to the property. There are no cameras inside the house or in the leisure area (swimming pool and pool house).
  • The house rules must be signed on booking.
  • A deposit is required on booking 30 days before arrival.
